Court where the CBI succeeded to convince the Court to cancel bail.
As the TS High Court , after cancelling bail, directed Gangi Reddy to
surrender before the CBI Court by May 5 otherwise CBI can arrest him.
Sources from CBI revealed that the local police failed to frame
investigation properly due to political pressures. CBI wanted to extract
more information in the episode including the cash offered to other
accused. Gangi Reddy had reportedly managed entire episode including murder
plan. After taking into custody, CBI wanted to extract more information
from Gangi Reddy because he was the centre point and led the murder process
with the help of other accused.
