India’s Health Minister, Mansukh Mandaviya, addressed the G7 Health
Ministerial Meeting on Health Innovation in Japan. He highlighted the
efforts made by India in the field of healthcare and emphasized the need
for international collaboration to improve healthcare access and
affordability. Mandaviya also shared India’s experience in managing the
COVID-19 pandemic and the measures taken to control its spread. He called
for global cooperation in vaccine production and distribution, and urged
developed countries to support developing countries in their fight against
the pandemic.
