Reddy’s body will be cremated with state honors at Challa Farm House on
Thursday evening. The late MLC Challa Ramakrishna Reddy, who was recognized

in his family.
MLC Challa Bhagiradh Reddy, the second son of late MLC Challa Ramakrishna
Reddy, succumbed to pneumonia in Hyderabad. He died at 2.30 pm on Wednesday
after failing to recover while undergoing treatment at AIC Hospital.

MLC Challa Bhagiradh Reddy’s wife Srilakshmi Avu is a member of Mandal
Parishad ZPTC and has two sons namely 12-year-old Rajyabhishek Reddy and
10-year-old Junior Challa Ramakrishna Reddy.
Challa Bhagiratha Reddy, who fell seriously ill with pneumonia, was
admitted to AIC Hospital in Gachibowli, Hyderabad on the 25th of this month
for treatment. As his health condition worsened from Tuesday morning, he
was placed on a ventilator and treated by doctors, but he could not recover
and die at 2.30 pm on Wednesday.
Late MLC Challa on Thursday morning. Bhagirath Reddy’s body will be brought
to his native place in a special ambulance vehicle.
The body of Challa Bhagiratha Reddy will be kept at Challa Bhavan by the
district YCP leaders for public visits. Later, a huge procession will be
held on Thursday evening at Challa Farm House in Avuku with government
formalities.
Challa Bhagiradh Reddy, who was well-recognized as a young dynamic leader
with close relations with many political leaders of the joint Kurnool
district, passed away.
