An activist with the Bajrang Dal was reportedly slain Saturday evening in
Chakradharpur, Jharkhand, when crude bombs were thrown at him in the West
Singhbhum district. They claimed the event took place at Bharat Bhawan
Chowk in the city of Chakradharpur.

They stated that males on a motorcycle threw crude bombs toward Kamal
Devgiri. After receiving prompt medical attention, he was pronounced dead,
according to the police. Ashutosh Shekhar, Superintendent of Police, has
stated that a probe is now being conducted.
However, authorities have not yet released the identities of the two
suspects. Hundreds of Devgiri’s followers gathered at the scene of the
incident, prompting businesses in the bustling Bharat Bhawan Chowk to close.
