Disappointing news about Amit Jain: Police in Delhi’s Commonwealth Village

had been found dead. Saturday afternoon, someone called the Police Control
Room at the Mandavali police station in Delhi and reported that someone had
been found hanging in his home in the Commonwealth Games village.
The authorities identified the dead as Amit Jain, the proprietor of the
Radisson Blu hotel in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. A spokesperson for the Delhi
Police said, “He was transported to Max Hospital, Patparganj, where he was
confirmed brought dead.”
