Sisters Yusra and Sara Mardini leave the bomb scares and massive political
instability that plagued Syria’s civil war in 2015. They succeed in getting
to Turkey, where they make a deal with touts to travel by boat with other
migrants to the Greek island of Lesbos. The plan goes wrong when their
overloaded inflatable dinghy breaks down in the middle of the ocean. The
