On Wednesday, police said that an FIR had been filed against a guy for
allegedly raping a woman after he had spiked her drink.
Dharmveer was the name given to the suspect. The complainant states, “On
the evening of November 11, we met at a club, where he bought me a drink
and promptly made me feel woozy. Even though I requested him to drive me
home, he suggested I stay the night at a motel owned by a buddy who works
at the club. We checked into a hotel, where he raped me.”
