An official in the Nagpur district of Maharashtra said that 17 kids were
hospitalized with food illness on Saturday after consuming chocolates given
to them by an unknown man. According to a police official, Class III, IV,
and V students from Madan Gopal High School on North Ambazari Road were
playing outside the school compound during lunch break. At the same time, a
stranger offered chocolates to them. “This dad informed the kids that it
was his birthday. Seventeen pupils reported experiencing chest pain and
