Phantoms has acquired a dedicated fan base. Based on the Brazilian TV show
Julie e os Fantasmas, this musical comedy follows a high school student who
unintentionally conjures the spirits of three deceased musicians. The
characters decided to band together to accomplish their goals and resolve
their outstanding issues.
While viewers waited to hear if the program would be canceled or renewed,
showrunners David Hoge and Dan Cross teased that they were already planning
Season 2.
