He wrote that tears began streaming down his face when he set foot in
Mecca. Happy tears. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a burning
desire to visit Mecca to express my appreciation to Allah and to worship. I
asked God to bless the earth with more things: love, life, peace, joy, good
fortune, health, and safety.
