Dussehra movie in another controversy

Dussehra movie is mired in another controversy. Anganwadis protested in
Adilabad district center stating that some scenes in this movie hurt the
sentiments of Anganwadi teachers. Anganwadi teachers have expressed their
grief that the Anganwadi teachers, who are serving the society a lot, have
been portrayed as thieves in the Dussehra movie. Dussehra film producers,
director and actors have insulted by putting scenes that denigrate
anganwadi workers and the profession they have endured many hardships.
Protests are witnessing in front of the theaters.Anganwadi teachers who spoke to the media on this occasion demanded to
remove the scenes that humiliated them in the Dussehra movie. They have
made it clear that they will intensify their struggle in the coming days if
the scenes in the Dussehra film that damage the image of Anganwadi teachers
are not removed.

Meanwhile, the Dussehra movie is jumping into the box office race.
Already on the first day of release Rs. 38 crores and became the highest
day 1 grosser in Nani’s career. Apart from this, among all the films
released in India this year, it also holds the record of being the highest
grossing film on the first day. Trade sources say that the film’s box
office calculations are likely to increase further with this weekend.
