Hospital, veteran actor Vikram Gokhale passed away on Saturday from
complications related to multiorgan failure. He was 77. The hospital
announced his death in a statement: “We are heartbroken to report that the
acclaimed actor Mr. Vikram Gokhale died away today at Deenanath Mangeshkar
Hospital owing to multiorgan failure. Our hearts go out to you. This week,
the actor was brought to the hospital for treatment of multiple age-related
diseases. His situation has been dire for some days.
