physically and mentally. To combat sickness and survive winters we need to
understand our bodies better and do some self-care.
This self-care can include taking hydrating your body often enough as we
take very less water in winter causing an imbalance. It is very important
that we moisturize our bodies to keep the skin intact.
Winters can be mentally draining too, it is cold both in and out. Talking
walks in the sunshine, talking to people, maintaining a gratitude journal,
treating yourself, etc may help in keeping yourself mentally healthy.
Expose yourself to as much sunlight as you can. It is a great source of
vitamin D as well as physical and mental health. Also add pepper, ginger,
and other spices to your meals and it prevents cough, cold, and or any
congestion.
