“The foods we eat can have a big impact on the structure and health of our
brains. So eating a brain-boosting diet can support both short and
long-term brain functions and improve mental tasks, such as memory and
concentration,” the nutritionist wrote.
She recommended having foods that are rich in lecithin, a nutrient which is
a mixture of fats essential for the brain. Foods like whole wheat, egg
yolks, nuts and soybeans contain lecithin. The nutritionist also advised
having foods rich in choline, found in fruits.
