people who created the Safe Care, Saving Lives initiative. Neonate care in
the Indian states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is being upgraded thanks
to a quality improvement effort called Safe Care, Saving Lives.My mother passed away when I was thirteen years old. I took on the role of
“mother” to my younger siblings very early. My father instilled in me a
desire to do good in the world and a belief in a higher power through his
work as a warden at the Boys Hostel of the Church of South India. At that
moment, I knew that nursing was where I belonged.
