According to Russian reports, all troops have left a city in southern Ukraine.

On Friday, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that all Russian troops
had been withdrawn from the Ukrainian side of the Dnieper River in the
Kherson region of the country’s southern border.

On Friday, Russia’s news agencies said that the ministr y had declared the
retreat was finished at 5 a.m. and that no military equipment had been left
behind.

Kherson, the only regional capital Moscow conquered throughout its 8
12-month invasiinvasionsraine, was among the areas from which Russian
military forces withdrew.
