Days after Indian and People’s Liberation Army (PLA) troops clashed at
Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh and tense situation at borders, China announced
to strengthen relations with India.
China in its positive reaction, issued a statement regarding
bilateral relations between the both countries. The statement made it clear
that they are ready to work with India in the direction toward steady and
sound growth of China-India relations.
“We stand ready to work with India in the direction toward steady and
sound growth of China-India relations, “Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi
was quoted by ANI as saying.
IN HIS first comments after the latest round of talks between Indian and
Chinese military commanders, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on
Sunday that China is ready to work with India for the “steady and sound
growth” of bilateral ties and the two countries are committed to upholding
stability at the border areas.

commanders held talks on December 20 to resolve the remaining issues along
the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh – the first high-level
talks after troops of the two sides at Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh
on December 9.
Addressing at a symposium on the present situation and China’s
