Centuries from Jos Buttler and Dawid Malan, followed by a six-wicket haul
from Jofra Archer, guided England to a 59-run victory over South Africa in
the third and final ODI match of the three-match series. Put to bat first,
England started off a on a bad note as they lost three wickets with only 14
runs on the board.However, Malan (118) and Buttler (131) completed respective centuries
and took England to a huge total of 346/7 in 50 overs. Later, South Africa
lost initial wickets but Heinrich Klaasen smashed 80 runs and gave a ray of
hope to the hosts. But, he was dismissed by Archer and South Africa were
bundled out for 287. Apart from Archer, Adil Rashid took three wickets
while Chris Woakes scalped one wicket. With this win, England successfully
avoided a whitewash in three-match series as South Africa claimed a 2-1
